Erica Parker
Owner, Legionella Specialist
Erica is the Owner and Public Health Manager at Water Management Advisors. She is responsible for leading the consulting team, all Legionella water management plans, and advising for Legionella-related problems. Erica has experience creating and managing water management plans for hospitals, long-term care, and intermediate care facilities.
Prior to Water Management Advisors, Erica conducted microbiological research with Bowling Green State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with Honors and a minor in Public Health from Bowling Green State University, and a Master of Science in Infectious Disease from Drexel University.

Service Manager
Zach is the Service Manager at Water Management Advisors. He is responsible for leading the sampling team, all water sampling and remediation recommendations, including case investigation sampling. Zach is also the company's expert in point-of-use filtration, providing facilities temporary and long-term options to better protect individuals and equipment.
Zach has vast knowledge in HVAC equipment and troubleshooting. Prior to Water Management Advisors, he worked as an HVAC specialist managing customers' systems for routine and problematic visits in Northwest Ohio. Zach holds a Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) Certificate from Terra State Community College in Fremont, Ohio.
